​Send HTML emails with Gmail

For a long time I had been jealous to see the beautiful html emails and newsletters sent by professional institutions and always thought this requires special and expensive procedures. But after I had discovered a completely free way to make and send html emails from Gmail, I never had to envy them again!

There's a subtle difference between the emails general people send vs the emails they receive as promotional offers or newsletters from different institutions. In simple words, the emails general people send are just ugly! With very little opportunities to make any customizations, the look of the emails fall short on how you want them to look. Often times the highlighting colors are too vivid and you want to smudge it down a little bit, but it turns into unsaturated matte. Sometimes you feel like the fonts should be a tiny bit smaller or larger, but with only a few options in your hand, you are really bound to select from tiny to giant. This is no way of writing emails, right? You have endless options to customize the look of your file when you write in a document editor, say Google Doc. So why don't they provide the same set of customizing opportunities in Gmail? Hm...
